Need Insurance for Your Tent Rental?
Certificates are required for public venues like parks and schools. A Certificate of Insurance is required by Cook County Forest Preserve and is almost always required at parks, schools, churches, and other public events. The administration fee for processing is $60. Please have the name and address of the certificate holder ready when you call.
