Setup for the 20×30 tent will be a day before date event and take-down will be day after date event. We don’t set up tables or chairs, but we charge an additional fee of $5 per table and $1.50 per chair for the setup and takedown services.
If needed by the exact time and day will be an addition of $150. Please call the office for this request at (630) 805-2632.
A Certificate of Insurance is required by Cook County Forest Preserve. A certificate of insurance is almost always required at parks, schools, churches, and other public events. The administration fee for processing is $60. Please have the name and address of the certificate holder when you call.
