Setup will be a day before date event and take-down will be day after date event.

Need a Certificate of Insurance for your event?
A Certificate of Insurance is required by Cook County Forest Preserve. A certificate of insurance is almost always required at parks, schools, churches, and other public events. The administration fee for processing is $60. Please have the name and address of the certificate holder when you call.
